BIBEK BHATTA

PH.D STUDENT

I am originally from Kathmandu, Nepal. I have recieved my Master’s degree from Tel-Aviv University, where I was trained in the field of innate immunity.

For his PhD, I moved to the CooksLab at the Ben-Gurion University. In the Cookslab, I am interested to better understand the short and long-range communication achieved by gain of function (GOF) mutant cancer cells via exosomes or extracellular vesicles (EVs) and the magnitude of impact it exerts on immune and non-immune cells or in general, on tumor microenvironment (TME).
